Ivone is well versed in a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue sports massage, essential-oil rain drop therapy, electro lymph therapy as well as a certified Reiki practitioner.

In addition, Ivone is a meditation devotee and certified yoga instructor, bringing a holistic approach to her treatments that goes well beyond muscle tissue manipulation.
